Cast Biography
Saturday Night Live is a unique show which does not have a fixed story line or a regular cast. Every episode of the show has seen a new host and a new musical guest. In addition there are cast members who performed in the various sketches presented during the show. Even the anchors for the Weekend Update segment have been constantly changed. Some of the hosts, anchors and the cast members have been repeated over episodes and seasons. Also some ex-cast members returned to host the show or do cameos in the sketches. Add to that the complexity that thirty three seasons of the series have already been aired and currently the series is running in its thirty fourth season having completed 643 episodesst Nov 2008.
